In the spirit of springtime; evolution & emerging sparkling energy, we welcome you all to a new space, or 'Shala' we wish to call it, from Saturday 15 April 2023. Shala is Sanskrit for 'home' - a yoga Shala is a sacred and nurturing space where yoga is shared and experienced, where people gather to learn and grow. More than just poses on the mat, we believe yoga is an accessible practice that inspires connection, compassion, and joy.
Like yoga itself, our yoga teachings are something much more than the physical manifestation. It is a way of life – a powerful source of transformation, wisdom and practice for communities which we would love to grow and nurture in the new space.
The Shala is at Harleyford Marina and it would be wonderful to see you all on Saturday 15 April between 11am-2pm to help build and extend the wonderful shared community we already have here in Watlington. Just pop in to say hi, we will be there to welcome you into a new yoga home. It will be a space full of yoga, nutritious meals, retreats, mindful outdoor experiences, and so much more.
